Partners

We connect what already works.

Santa Clara County has strong training providers and real reentry infrastructure. Restored Futures connects them to the people who keep falling through the gaps between them.

Work with us

Four ways to plug in.

Each one is a real ask with a real commitment attached. Pick the one that matches what your organization actually has.

For employers

Hire our graduates

Tell us what you need and when. We send candidates who are credentialed, prepared for the interview, and supported through their first year — which is when you'd otherwise lose them.

Ask
A real opening and an honest read on your record policy
For agencies

Refer someone

Case managers, probation and parole officers, reentry staff, and public defenders: send us a name, a working phone number, and a release date. We follow up with the person directly.

Ask
A phone call or an email — no referral form
For providers

Hold seats

Training providers: reserve capacity for our participants and we'll fill it with people who show up, because someone is clearing the obstacles that usually cause no-shows.

Ask
Cohort seats and a direct line to enrollment

For housing operators. A stable bed is the difference between finishing a program and disappearing from it. We house a limited number of participants ourselves for up to six months, but demand outruns our capacity — which makes housing operators the quietest and most decisive partner in this work. If you have beds and want residents with a training plan, a stipend, and an income coming, get in touch.

Let's find the overlap.

One conversation is usually enough to know whether there's a real fit.
